The current wine cellar preserves the traditional subterranean wine cellar founded around 1940. The old one million-litre concrete tanks have been adapted to meet all the sanitary and operational requirements. The equipment and tanks in the harvesting area use the latest technology -special pillage systems- to produce red wines and cold-controlled fermentation. The bottling line, fully automated, has a capacity of 5,000 bottles per hour. The pairing of a historical wine cellar and the new technologies breeds wines with the best qualities of our native grape. A quality guarantee any market demands and values.
